Limited (“NewFunds”)’
LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS GOVI EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) NewFunds GOVI
Exchange Traded Fund (“GOVI ETF”) participatory interests, NewFunds has, from
commencement of business today, issued an additional 250,000 GOVI ETFs at a price of
R58.79 per unit, which will be listed on the JSE Limited .
After the listing of the additional 250,000 GOVI ETFs, there will be 9,925,000 participatory
interests in issue.
