enX Corporation Limited (“enX Corporation”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and borrower
of the debt raised to finance enX’s South African leasing businesses, has continued to pro-actively
manage its debt maturity profile and successfully raised R72 million in the debt capital markets.
The funding comprises the issuance of 4-year floating rate notes (ENX02) on 10 September 2018 in
terms of enX Corporation’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme.
