AVAILABILITY OF THE PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM AND NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE OF NAME
Fintegic has received approval from the JSE of its programme memorandum established in relation
to its ZAR 1 000 000 000 Note Programme (the “programme memorandum”). The programme
memorandum is available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and has been made
available for inspection on the Issuer’s website at https://ssiscf.com/regulatory/. The programme
memorandum is also available for inspection on the JSE’s website at www.jse.co.za.
Prospective noteholders are further advised that the Issuer has changed its name from SSI SCF (RF)
Limited to Fintegic (RF) Limited, with immediate effect.
