was established on 26 January 2012 in the Republic of South Africa in terms of the Collective
Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by NewFunds (RF) Proprietary
Limited (“NewFunds”)’
LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS GOVI EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) NewFunds GOVI Exchange
Traded Fund (“GOVI ETF”) participatory interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of
business today, issued an additional 300,000 GOVI ETFs at a price of R58.80 per unit, which
will be listed on the JSE Limited .
After the listing of the additional 300,000 GOVI ETFs, there will be 10,225,000 participatory
interests in issue.
