RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The board of directors of the company regrets to advise shareholders that Michelle
Mynhardt, the Financial Director of the company, will step down with effect from
30 November 2018.
Michelle has been with the company for 9 years and her contribution as an executive director
has been invaluable.
The board would like to express its sincere appreciation for her dedication.
Angela Isbister will take over as acting Financial Director with effect from 1 December 2018.
Angela is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an executive director of AME and several
companies within the group. She has fulfilled this role for the past 8 years.
