RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Texton (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Nosiphiwo Balfour has resigned as Texton’s Chief
Executive Officer with effect from 31 October 2018. This will not impact the release of the results on
28 September 2018.
The Board thanks Ms Balfour for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
An interim Chief Executive Officer is in the process of being appointed and a further announcement will be
made in due course.
