RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms Carin Bothma has tendered her resignation as company secretary with
effect from 30 September 2018.
The Company has appointed Mr Andre September (CA) SA as its new company
secretary with effect from 1 November 2018.
The Board thanks Ms Bothma for her valued contribution to the Company and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
