CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of AfroCentric (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Vijay
Pillay has resigned as Group Chief Technology Director and Executive Director of
Medscheme Holdings Proprietary Limited, a major subsidiary of the Company, with effect
from 30 September 2018.
The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Pillay for his
invaluable knowledge, skills and expertise in the IT space, which was fundamental in
assisting the Group in achieving its objectives and wishes him continued success in his future
corporate endeavours.
