Further to the announcement released on SENS on 14 June 2018 and the announcement released today
18 September 2018, regarding the Specific Issue of Shares for Cash to Regis Holdings Limited (“Specific
Issue”) and the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Transaction respectively, shareholders are
advised that, all conditions precedent relating to the Specific Issue have now been fulfilled and the Specific
Issue has become unconditional.
