RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the board of Invicta hereby
notifies shareholders of the resignation of Ms Ramani Naidoo as an independent non-executive director
of Invicta and its subsidiary Invicta South Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd with effect from 25 September 2018.
The board thanks Ramani for her contribution to the board over the last four years and wishes her well
for the future.
