FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF NEWSPAPER HOUSE
Ingenuity shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 August 2018 (the
“Announcement”) regarding the disposal of the property known as Newspaper House (the “Disposal”).
As set out in the Announcement, the Disposal was subject to certain conditions precedent and Ingenuity now
advises that the conditions precedent have not been met, and accordingly the agreement has terminated.
