CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 shareholders are advised that Mr Avinash Dhanasir has resigned
as company secretary of YeboYethu with effect from Wednesday 26 September 2018 to take on other
responsibilities in the Vodacom Group. Ms Sameera Khan has been appointed as company secretary
of the company with effect from Wednesday 26 September 2018.
The Board would like to thank Avinash for his significant contribution over the years and wish him well
in his future endeavours.
