RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of Gold
Brands (“the Board”) hereby advises its shareholders that Mr Rowan Fortuin (“Rowan”) has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Board and member of the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate
effect.
The Board would like to thank Rowan for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
Gold Brands will commence the process to appoint an independent non-executive director to the Board and
the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee, and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has
been made.
