referred to the Company announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 28 August 2018, wherein they were are advised that Ms Maliga
Chetty, the current MMI Holdings Group Company Secretary, has resigned with
effect from 30 September 2018. The Nominations Committee of the MMI
Holdings Board has appointed Mr Leon Basson as the acting Group Company
Secretary with effect from 1 October 2018, until such time a suitable
replacement has been appointed as a permanent Company Secretary.
