Further to the cautionary announcement dated 17 August 2018, shareholders of Famous
Brands (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company continues to consider strategic options
relating to a subsidiary which may, once concluded, have a material impact on the price of the
Company’s securities.
Shareholders should continue to exercise caution when trading in their Famous Brands
securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.
