NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF PRESENTATION
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2018,
shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report will be
available on the Company’s website at https://www.clover.co.za/wp-
content/uploads/2018/05/CIL_annualreport_June-2018.pdf from today,
28 September 2018 and that the annual financial statements therein
contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated
financial results which were published on SENS on 12 September 2018.
AUDIT REPORT
We confirm, that there have been no changes to the unmodified review
report which was referenced in the reviewed condensed consolidated
financial results and made available, upon request, to shareholders
at the Company’s registered office on the same date as the release
of the reviewed results.
PRESENTATION
Shareholders are referred to the presentation that was presented by
the Company at the RMB Morgan Stanley Conference on Thursday 27
