INCENTIVE PLANS
The Company Secretary, M A Mahlari, has been granted rights
to participate in the Company’s share incentive plans as
follows:
13, 735 share appreciation rights, which are subject to
performance conditions and vest after three years from 20
September 2018, at a grant price of R74,08.
7, 582 long term incentive plan awards, which are subject
to performance conditions and vest after three years from
20 September 2018.
The effective date of the above transaction is 28 September
2018, approval for the individual allocation has been
given.
