AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 31 July 2018 and are advised that Tower's
integrated annual report, containing a notice of annual general meeting has been dispatched and is available
on the company's website, www.towerpropertyfund.co.za/download/tower-integrated-annual-report-may-2018/.
The annual general meeting will be held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 31 October 2018 at the Belmont Conference
Centre, Belmont Road, Rondebosch, Cape Town.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 23 October 2018 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 26 October 2018.
