advised that the Annual Financial Statements for Airports
Company South Africa for the year ended 31 March 2018, have been
made available on the Issuer’s website:

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports were
unqualified.
The Issuer’s prior year adjustments relate to a physical asset
verification that was performed in March 2017, an error in lease
receivables and investment properties. Further details regarding
this may be viewed on page 70, note G.16 of the Annual Financial
Statements.
