Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 5 July 2018 advising
of the resignation of Mr Vikesh Dhanooklal, the Group Legal Adviser and
Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2018.
Shareholders are advised that Sharon Ramoetlo has been appointed as Company
Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 October 2018. Sharon brings
with her sound exposure and experience of the listed environment gained
from her time with the Public Investment Corporation and previous private
and public sector employers across different industries.
