CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Company wishes to advise that independent non-executive director and Chairperson of the board, Ian Stern,
has resigned from KayDav's board of directors ("the Board") with effect from 1 October 2018 after serving on
the Board for close to 11 years.
The Board wishes to thank Ian for his diligent service to the Company which benefited from his considerable
experience and business insight.
Due to Ian's resignation, the Board has appointed Shane van Niekerk, who is currently an independent non-
executive director of KayDav, as Chairperson of its Board with effect from 1 October 2018.
