CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board hereby notifies its
shareholders of the following changes to the Board which will take place with immediate effect:
Mr John W King has resigned from the Board with immediate effect after serving as Financial Director for
over 10 years. John will be leaving the company effective 30 November 2018 to pursue his own interests.
John has played a significant role in the Group over the last 12 years and the Board thanks him for his
invaluable contribution to the growth and development of EOH during his tenure and wishes him well in all
future endeavours.
The Board is in the process of appointing a Financial Director to fill the vacancy and shareholders will be
kept apprised of the progress thereto.
