RESIGNATION OF GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Ms N Ford-Hoon (Fok) has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer and a Director
of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018.
The Board has activated its succession plan and will announce her replacement in due course.
The Board thanks Ms Ford-Hoon for her services.
