RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Kevin Simons has resigned from his position as an executive director of the Company
with immediate effect, in order to pursue alternative interests.
The board of directors of the Company wishes Mr Simons well in his future endeavours.
The Company has commenced the process of appointing a suitable replacement and expects to make
an announcement in this regard in the near future.
