Notification of change in auditor
Bondholders are informed that following the Auditor-General of South Africa’s (“AGSA”) termination
of its auditing contracts with Nkonki Inc. on 17 April 2018, Nkonki Inc. has resigned from its position
as external auditors to Denel.
As a result of the above, the AGSA has assumed its powers in terms of section 4(3) of the Public Audit
Act, 2004 and has been appointed as auditors to Denel with immediate effect.
The formal appointment of the AGSA will be ratified at the next Denel Annual General Meeting.
