WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 27 August 2018
regarding the acquisition by the Company of the property known as Pembury Sandton.
As previously advised, the parties have verbally agreed to revive the agreement but have
yet to reduce this to writing. As all the terms were previously announced and all the
information is in the market, shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement
is hereby withdrawn.
An announcement will be made in the event that the transaction is revived.
