INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to GPI’s SENS announcement dated 26 September 2018 in terms
of which shareholders were advised that a circular relating to a general meeting (“General
Meeting”) was distributed to shareholders on Wednesday, 26 September 2018.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the venue for the General Meeting has changed.
Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the General Meeting, which is convened to be held on
Wednesday, 31 October 2018 at 18h30, will be held at the Samaj Centre, Balu Parker
Boulevard, Athlone, Cape Town.
