RETIREMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Shareholders are advised, in terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Mr Peter Riskowitz has decided to retire from fulltime employment as an executive director and Chief
Financial Officer of Long4Life, effective 31 October 2018.
The board of directors (“the Board”) would like to thank Peter for his dedication, diligence and
commitment and wish him well in the future.
The Board has commenced a process to appoint an appropriate successor. Shareholders will be
updated in due course.
