ACQUISITION OF MANAGED PORTFOLIO – UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 10 September 2018, in terms
of which shareholders were advised that Stor-Age had entered into sales of shares agreements for the
acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of both Roeland Street Investments 2 (RF) Proprietary
Limited and Roeland Street Investments 3 (RF) Proprietary Limited (collectively, the “Acquisition”) for
an aggregate purchase consideration of R58.0 million.
Stor-Age is pleased to advise shareholders that all the conditions precedent to implement the
Acquisition have been satisfied. Accordingly, the Acquisition is now unconditional and effective as of
today.
