In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of
Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated note – “NED
14” under sections D3 and D4(a)(‘Optional Redemption’) of the
Pricing Supplement dated 28 November 2013, investors are
herewith advised of the full capital redemption of NED14
effective 29 November 2018.
In accordance with the terms and conditions, the Registrar of
Banks has granted written approval of the Optional Redemption
of the NED14 Note at the option of Nedbank.
