Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 August 2018 and 1 August 2018
and are advised that the Company expects the financial results and annual financial statements to be
released by the 30 November 2018.
The discussions with major shareholders regarding the recapitalisation of the Group is still ongoing and
shareholders will be updated regarding the outcome of these discussions.
