RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
due to a conflict of interest, Mr Grant Jacobs has resigned as an independent non-executive director from the
board of directors of MICROmega (“the Board”), with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Grant for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
MICROmega will commence the process to appoint an independent non-executive director to the Board and
the Company’s Audit Committee, and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.
