Postponement Of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)
With regard to the Notice of AGM announced on SENS on 4 September 2018,
shareholders are hereby advised that the ninth AGM of shareholders of
Go Life, which was scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 17 October 2018,
is to be postponed sine die. The reason for the postponement is due to
unforeseen circumstances that could not be avoided.
A new date and details of the venue for the AGM will be communicated in
due course.
Go Life International has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius
and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
