UPDATE ON ENGAGEMENT WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND RELEASE OF FAKIE REPORT ON WEBSITE
Resilient’s SENS announcement dated 11 September 2018 referred to a board committee
(comprising six independent non-executive directors) formed to deal with a request from
ten institutional investors for an independent investigation. To date, five of these ten
institutional investors have replied to a request for further information. The board committee
is considering these responses and has commenced a process of engaging with these investors as
well as a broader spectrum of shareholders and stakeholders.
In the period since the announcement on 11 September 2018 of the establishment by the Company of
an independent whistle-blower hotline, no information or allegations have been received by the chair
of the board of Resilient to whom the hotline reports.
The board committee is committed to dealing appropriately with all matters of substance raised by stakeholders
and to continue to engage and communicate transparently. With the consent of Mr Fakie, the Company has made
the report prepared by Mr Fakie for the board of Resilient available on the Company's website at
