Renewal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 30 August 2018 and the subsequent
renewal of cautionary announcements, the latest of which was released on 10 September 2018. They
are advised that MTN Nigeria Communications Limited continues to engage with the relevant Nigerian
authorities to ensure a mutually acceptable resolution to the matters concerning the Central Bank of
Nigeria and the Attorney General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
