RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Fazila Patel has resigned as Life Healthcare’s company secretary with effect from 31 January 2019. The
process to appoint a new company secretary will commence and shareholders will be advised once such
an appointment has been made.
