CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Zambezi Platinum advises its preference shareholders that Mr Ayanda Khumalo will be stepping down as
a director of the company with effect from 1 November 2018. He will be taking time off before embarking
on the next phase of his career. The board of directors of Zambezi Platinum would like to thank Mr
Khumalo for his valuable contribution to the company.
