AVAILABILITY OF THE AUDITOR’S DORMANCY REPORTS
Further to the JSE’s approval of the Fintegic programme memorandum, the Issuer was required to
obtain confirmations from its auditors that it is dormant and that no liabilities have been created in
the Issuer (“Dormancy Reports”).
The Issuer wishes to advise prospective noteholders that the Dormancy Reports, as at 21 November 2017,
31 December 2017 and 29 September 2018, are available for inspection at the registered office
of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website at https://ssiscf.com/regulatory/.
