RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange and the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) hereby
notifies its shareholders that Mr. Sydney Alan Muller (“Syd”) has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of Choppies with immediate effect.
Choppies will commence the process to appoint an independent non-executive director to the
Board in Syd’s place, and shareholders will be advised once such an appointment has been made.
The Board would like to thank Syd for his valued service and his contribution to the Board and to
the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Company’s primary listing is on the Botswana Stock Exchange and its secondary listing is on
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
