TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSALS AND OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Attacq has received notification from:
- Sanlam Life Insurance Ltd ("Sanlam Life Insurance"), of the disposal by Sanlam Life Insurance of
Attacq shares, such that Sanlam Life Insurance now holds 4.96% of Attacq's total issued shares;
- Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd ("Sanlam Investment Management") of the disposal by
Sanlam Investment Management of Attacq shares, such that Sanlam Investment Management now holds
4.97% of Attacq's total issued shares; and
- Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd ("PIC") of the acquisition by PIC of Attacq shares, such that
PIC now holds 10.115% of Attacq's total issued shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the company has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
