APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Wrenelle Doreen Stander
has been appointed as an executive director of the Company, with the designation Executive
Director - Airline Operations, with effect from 1 November 2018.
Wrenelle previously served as an independent non-executive director of the Company from
2008 to 2016. She holds a BA(Hons)degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA
from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom. As part of her many accolades,
Wrenelle has worked for Sasol in various positions such as General Manager of Sasol
Synfuels International, Managing Director of Sasol Gas and Senior Vice President for
Corporate Affairs . Wrenelle has also served in various capacities within the public sector
including the positions of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the South African Civil Aviation
Authority, Managing Director of the Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company and Director
General of the Department of Transport. She is currently on the board of Sishen Iron Ore and
Christel House ( an education NGO)
The Board welcomes Ms Wrenelle Doreen Stander and looks forward to her contribution to
the Company.
