RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mrs Noxolo Loate has resigned as Basil Read’s
Acting Company Secretary with effect from 31 October 2018. Shareholders
will be advised once a suitable candidate for the Company Secretary role is
found and an appointment has been made.
The Board would like to thank Mrs Loate for her contribution to the Company
and wishes her well in her future endevours.
