NO CHANGE STATEMENT, POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Heriot's 2018 integrated report ("integrated report"), incorporating the audited
financial statements for the 13 months ended 30 June 2018 (on which the company's auditors expressed an
unmodified audit opinion) and the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders ("AGM"), was posted to
shareholders today, Wednesday, 31 October 2018. The integrated report is also available on the company's website,
https://www.heriotreit.com/assets/downloads/results/Heriot%20REIT%20Limited%20integrated%20annual%20report%202018.pdf.
The financial information contained in the integrated report contains no changes to the summarised audited condensed
consolidated financial statements for the 13 months ended 30 June 2018 ("provisional results"),as published on SENS on
31 August 2018.
Shareholders are further advised that the AGM will be held in the boardroom, Suite 1, Ground Floor, 3 Melrose
Boulevard, Melrose Arch, at 12:00 on Friday, 7 December 2018.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the register maintained by the transfer secretaries of the
company for purposes of being entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 November 2018. Accordingly,
the last day to trade is Tuesday, 27 November 2018.
Shareholders are advised that the company's Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment annual compliance report is currently
being verified and a further announcement in respect of the publication thereof will be released in due course.
