Further to Group Five's audited group results for the year ended 30 June 2018, released on SENS on Tuesday, 2
October 2018 ("Audited Group Results"), shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements are now
available on the Company’s website, http://www.groupfive.co.za/reports/ar-2018/pdf/afs-2018.pdf. The annual
financial statements and auditor’s report contain no modifications to the aforementioned Audited Group Results.
A copy of the annual financial statements may also be requested from the Company Secretary at
nkatamzi@g5.co.za.
The integrated annual report, including a notice of annual general meeting, will be distributed to shareholders
during November 2018. A further announcement will be released on SENS in this regard.
