Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 5 October 2018 and are advised that the integrated
annual report, which includes the notice of annual general meeting and the summarised consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2018, was dispatched to shareholders today, Wednesday, 31 October 2018. The
integrated annual report is available on the company's website, http://www.rextrueform.co.za/info.html.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the company which will be held at the
company's registered office, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town on Friday, 30 November 2018 at 10h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
20 November 2018 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 23 November 2018.
