RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Mr Stuart Blyth, has resigned
as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Over the past 18 months Stuart has as part of his responsibilities been working on
SilverBridge’s research and development efforts with regards to Insurtech. One of the
initiatives has reached a point where it requires dedicated senior focus and Stuart has
therefore decided to step down as a Director of the Board, but will remain a full time employee
of the Company.
