In reference to the SENS announcement dated 28 May 2018, DAWN shareholders
are advised that the Constitutional Court has, in an order dated 29 October
2018, dismissed the Competition Commission’s application for leave to appeal
against the decision of the Competition Appeal Court, with costs.
