WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s cautionary announcement released on SENS on
31 August 2018 and the further cautionary announcement released on SENS on
15 October 2018.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the negotiations were not successfully concluded.
Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
the Company’s securities.
