CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the resignation of Mr Ayanda Khumalo as a director of the company as advised to preference
shareholders on SENS on 24 October 2018, Zambezi Platinum advises that Ms Alet Coetzee has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the board with effect from 15 November 2018.
Ms Coetzee is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and former associate director at Ernst & Young Inc.
("EY"), Zambezi Platinum’s external auditor. Ms Coetzee worked at EY for almost 14 years. She joined
the finance department at Northam Platinum Limited (Northam) in 2015 and has been appointed as
Northam’s chief financial officer with effect from 15 November 2018.
Mr Brian Mosehla, chairman of the board, commented, "Zambezi is pleased to welcome Ms Coetzee to the
board and we look forward to benefiting from her financial experience in the mining sector."
