CLARIFICATION OF DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 5 November 2018 relating to the granting of
share options to the Tower executives in terms of the Tower Property Fund Incentive Scheme. The dealings
announcement did not include the strike price per share option, which shareholders are advised is an amount
of R6.68.
